The practice of journaling or free-writing is an exercise in presence and discipline, much like maintaining a yoga or meditation practice. Your commitment to one helps to fuel the other and vice versa. By developing a practice to sit with yourself daily and release thoughts to paper, you can more readily adopt a bird's eye view and assess where you've been stuck, noticing those repeating habits or patterns that block you from progress. Journaling brings clarity, which leads us to presence and inner peace. Journaling can help us to navigate life's challenges, by finding strength and resolve in honing and sharpening the authentic voice. Join us in this nurturing of the inner self, a glimpse at where you're at and where you're headed, in this introspective session that invites pure stream of consciousness to flow through you like water. Whether you've got a daily journaling practice or not, you'll benefit from these insightful techniques to help make free-writing part of your regular routine.
