With today's fast-paced lifestyle it is common to feel "ungrounded" and out of presence. Come explore your connection to the spirit of nature through a guided practice. In this earth honoring experience we will gather objects from the landscape to create an alter and stone circle where we will speak to our gratitudes and intentions for our mother earth.
