Learn how to understand and source your core power in this physically invigorating, detoxifying and moderately paced vinyasa flow yoga class. As you strengthen body and mind through breath-based asana, you will initiate strength, flexibility and stability in your practice. Seane will take you through a creative and challenging sequence of sun salutes A and B, standing poses, backbends and forward bends with grace, agility and ease, while inspiring inner power and purpose. Leave feeling cleansed, strengthened, motivated and poised in your power and grace.

Experience with Sun Salutes A & B recommended
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
