You are living your story. The reality you're experiencing is directly related to how you see yourself and the world and the thoughts you're choosing to believe. Don't worry meditation is one of best tools to help erase past conditioned patterned behavior and thinking. In this meditation we will take a look at that tape that's been playing in the background of our lives and edit it down to include the thoughts that truly reflect who you are and the life you want. There will be a guided introduction into this meditation on this topic followed by a silent meditation using a mantra technique. Basic instruction will be provided.
