Now that you can hoop on your waist in both directions, this intermediate level journey will show you how to "spiral" the hoop up from your hips, to your waist, chest and shoulders and back down again. Experience the central column within around which you will rotate your body to create dynamic movement that stokes the inner fire. Through warm up sequences and yoga postures, you will connect with your muscular and motor ability to isolate and move different sections of your body. This encourages greater range of motion in your life, in your hoop and on the dance floor.
