We talk a lot about setting intentions in yoga class, but what does that really mean? Discover how to activate your intentions within the ritual of your yoga practice with clarity, purpose and commitment. By identifying the core of your values you can align with your highest dreams, goals and ideals, and release yourself from that which no longer serves you. An intention is the starting point of a dream; what makes the unconscious conscious. It is the creative power that fulfills our heart's desires, be it for career or relationships, money or material things, personal or spiritual ascension. In essence, an intention is an epiphany in action; a little steppingstone that guides us like a compass toward our highest potential. If you're ready to discover how to put your intentions into practice, then this workshop is for you.
