Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to detox the emotional body. The experience moves stuck emotional energy and facilitates release of strong emotions like anger, fear and sadness. It leaves you feeling softer, open and less burdened.

Breathwork can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and addiction, connect you to your intuition, help you access your creativity and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is a self-healing practice that can help you to stay grounded, stay in your heart and stay present. Group Breathwork is part catharsis, part socially sanctioned adult temper tantrum, part community building and part psychedelic experience.

The first part of the class will be seated in a circle, opening the work and setting an intention for the group. You will lie down for about 35 minutes of robust, active Breathwork followed by about 10 minutes of rest. I will use essential oils to get your energy centers moving, burn sacred plants to transform your emotional release, and coach you through the experience with love-all set to a great soundtrack. We will return to sitting in the circle after the Breathwork to get grounded and close the work.
