Have you ever experienced a runner's high? You will after 25 minutes of running, 10 minutes of core work, followed by 5 minutes of meditation! Enjoy an easy run on the trails, focusing on connecting to the abundant energy source that nature provides. Unleash your inner athlete with a core workout centered on strengthening your hips, glutes, and hamstrings (runners' weak spots). Integrate your runner's high with a guided meditation and visualization to leave you radiating from the inside out!
