Have you ever gone on a run to clear your mind? Both running and writing are contemplative practices to renew your connection to self. Begin with a 25 minute easy run to find mental space and clarity on the surrounding lush trails. Return from the run for 15-minutes of free-writing, a writing technique that offers a prompt, set timer, but with no concern for spelling or grammar. The running and writing will provide you with a time to reflect on your Wanderlust experience, and life at large.
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
