If you are a bit curious about sup yoga, then this is the class for you. We will explore all the basic yoga poses on the board, including Warrior 1 and Warrior 2. We will continue to take our time getting comfortable with the board as we explore a few more poses on the board (with plenty of modifications offered, of course), before heading into a few playtime poses like arm balances and inversions. We'll end in a tastier than milkshake savasana.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
