This is a fun, interactive and inspired all levels class appropriate for beginners and intermediate SUP yogis. We will start class with a 5-10 minute review of SUP paddle board techniques and a quick shout out to the East Side Boyz.
We will then move into integration, getting familiar with our bodies on the board and in the water, then moving into a guided vinyasa flow with options to scale the class up or down based on your level of crunk.
We will then move back down to the boards to play with beginner to intermediate arm balances, backbends and inversions.
We will close class with a nod to our hips and hearts, closing with a long savanna.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
