This is a deeply relaxing and gentle floating yin yoga practice where you are invited to slow down and create space for stillness. It is a practice designed to ground and balance your energy while connecting to yourself, nature and the beautiful waters around you. Experience a sweet release as we get into tightness and tension within the joints and connective tissue. All postures will be lying down, seated or kneeling and will be held for 3 to 5 minutes. This practice is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active styles of yoga, martial arts, cycling and running. We'll get into the ooey gooey tension of the hips, spine and shoulders, allowing you to float into stillness and making for the most delicious savasana you have yet to experience on water.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: Less than 5 minutes
