Yoga meets Bootcamp! Get ready to sweat in this high intensity and full-bodied workout that incorporates some of your favorite yoga moves in a reps-filled class on water. You'll be challenged to really use your core for stabilization as you HIIT each pose, and learn that you are stronger than you think. But no worries, we'll end the class with a most rewarding stretch and Savasana.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
