Here it is SUP Yogis, an advanced class as an opportunity to show yourself exactly what you are working with, a moment on the water to play with the possibility of your practice on the water.

In this 90 minute class, we will start in integrated poses on the board, moving into a more advanced poses in a guided sweaty, inspired, ass shakin' vinyasa.

We will close class by moving back onto the board for core work, arm balances, inversions, backbends and hopefully a few drops in the drink.

We will close in seated meditation and savanna.

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
