It's Friday night (or any other day of the festival) and I am sure you are feeling alright, so ready to pass your keys to the truck and live it up?
This will be an intro / beginner level class designed to take the novice SUP yogi through seated, standing and balancing poses. Depending on the progression of the class we may even attempt some backbends, more advanced balancing poses and inversions. We will work with proper alignment, hand / foot placement on the board and what to do if and when we fall in the water.
In this 90 minute class you will learn the basics of SUP yoga, leaving class feeling ready to tip your cups and throw your hands up saying, "this is how we do it."

**Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
Class time devoted to lecture: 5-10 minutes
