There are few things more magical than trail magic! Learn the ABCs of trail running, beginning with 10 minutes of a dynamic warm-up focused on trail-specific form instruction and drills. We will then run for 25 minutes on the surrounding lush trails, while pausing to soak up some trail magic along the way! Cool down with a 5-minute meditation that will help you carry your trail magic throughout your Wanderlust experience!
