After a day of Vinyasa flows, silent discos, heated classes and hiking, you'll be in need of some restorative time to stretch and give yourself some love. Come float your mat on a serene lake setting where we'll slow the flow down and really feel what our bodies need. Come as you are with sore arms and tight hips and let the water do the rest.

*Please note that class time is inclusive of driving time. Actual class time is 90 minutes.**
