'Sitting is the New Smoking' 'Your Office Job is Killing You' and while it's true, our desks can do us harm, it is just as true that we have the power to heal the side effects of a sedentary work life. Join leading biomechanics expert and movement therapist, Sensei Derek, at the Ford Zen Den to learn some simple and accessible movements, and office appropriate stretches you can slip in while filling your Monday TPS reports.
