Safe Experimentation… With Money
Limited Capacity seats available

The subject of money and finance tends to produce strong emotions in people. These feelings span the spectrum – from jealousy, anger, and despair; to hope and euphoria. Relating to money in a mindful context can calm the unhelpful habitual reactions that often take over when we deal, or don't deal, with our financial situations.

When we engage with financial matters without judgment toward ourselves, we can minimize our suffering. When we're observant of our emotions, rather than driven by them, we can create space and equilibrium. These mindful approaches turn emotions into learning experiences which provide important information for making good financial decisions.

In this session, Sol Halpern, founder of Highlander: A Mindful Finance Company and meditation instructor, will introduce you to Mindful Finance tools that use personal insight and humor to bring positive changes to your relationship with money. We will explore ways to use your relationship with money to achieve greater self-awareness and lead a more empowered life.

Detox + Declutter + Organize Your Way to Freedom and Joy with Lauren Ash

We all live very full lives. Sometimes, our physical spaces and digital spaces take a backseat on our list of priorities. And yet, when we remember that the state of our spaces oftentimes directly mirror the state of our inner lives, we can empower ourselves to make space matter...because it does! As a KonMari method enthusiast, Pomodoro method buff, and modern-thinking-human, Lauren Ash has adopted and created simple strategies for detoxing, decluttering, and organizing her way to freedom and joy. And as someone who is still journeying through decades-long instilled notions of unworthiness around finding freedom and joy in her personal space, she shares some of the mindfulness work we can all embrace to dig deep and collectively affirm that we deserve to feel at peace within our spaces. Come ready to take notes!

Food as Medicine: 21 Food Rules by Rob Graham, MD
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

In 431 BC, Hippocrates, the father of medicine, said "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." Nearly 2,000 years later, most doctors don't prescribe food as medicine. Over the past 30 years, as foods became more convenient and processed, we've only gotten fatter and sicker. Sadly, fad diets and food trends have misshapen the way we eat—and unfortunately—the way we look and feel. Isn't it time for a FRESH start?

Did you know, "Rx" often referred to as prescription, is actually Latin for recipe? FRESH Med is your prescription and recipe to health. FRESH is an acronym that represents Dr. Graham's five pillars of wellbeing: Food – Relaxation – Exercise – Sleep – Happiness. Dr. Graham believes when it comes to health "it all starts with Food!" He will share his "bakers dozen" FRESH food tips that will help his patients, friends and family make small, sustainable and healthy lifestyle changes, one meal at a time. Now, that's FRESH!

Foreplay: A Requirement, Not a Suggestion
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

Every relationship starts out strong, but too many wind up losing the passion. Dr. Emily Morse, founder and host of the Sex with Emily Podcast, will explain why foreplay shouldn't just be something you check off your list before.

All too often, we lose focus on intimacy and begin to think of sex as routine. It's time to rewire our thoughts and recognize that the power of arousal comes from staying connected with our partner OUTSIDE the bedroom. Emily will leave you understanding why foreplay starts after the last orgasm.

Find your Purpose | Be Happy: Build a FRESH Life
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.

"The two most important days in your life are the day you are born

and the day you find out why." ~ Mark Twain

Okinawans call it ikigai, and Nicoyans call it plan de vida, but in both cultures of these Blue Zones, the phrases roughly translate to, "why I wake up in the morning." What's your reason to get out of bed every morning? Studies show that people with a clear goal in life, or something to wake up for every morning, live longer and stay mentally sharper than those who don't. In its simplest form, Ikigai is composed of two words; iki, which refers to life, and kai, which concerns the insight into one's hope and expectations. According to the Japanese, we all have an Ikigai — a reason for being, or a purpose in life. So, there you have it—you too have an Ikigai—and now you need to discover it. Do you know your life's purpose? Do you feel unfulfilled waking up each morning? Are you doing what you love, and earning money while doing it?

Our talk is practical and meant for anyone looking to better their current circumstances, find their life's purpose and learn that living with purpose can even add years to your life. We will be weaving together ancient philosophies with scientific research based in
Positive Psychology—sharing the art and science to how to live a FRESH, meaningful life.
